Who We Work With#

Mutual Fit#

The best work happens when there is genuine alignment between us and our clients. This page is meant to help you determine if we are a good fit for each other—before either of us invests significant time.

Clients We Serve Well#

Business Leaders Ready to Act#

You have identified a problem or opportunity. You have the authority to make decisions. You are not exploring for the sake of exploring—you want to move forward.

We work best with people who can:

  • Make decisions without months of committee review
  • Allocate budget when they see clear value
  • Commit time from their team for discovery and implementation
  • Give honest feedback when something is not working

Organizations That Value Working Systems#

You care more about results than impressive presentations. You would rather see a working prototype than a polished strategy deck. You understand that real progress requires iteration, not perfection on the first try.

Teams Open to Change#

AI implementation is not just a technology project—it changes how people work. The organizations that succeed are the ones where leadership actively supports adoption, addresses concerns honestly, and gives people time to learn new approaches.

Companies That Think Long-Term#

You understand that one-time projects create one-time value. You are interested in building capability that compounds over time, not just checking a box.

Industries We Know#

Our team has direct experience owning and operating businesses in:

  • Manufacturing — Production optimization, supply chain, quality control
  • Construction — Project management, estimating, subcontractor coordination
  • Professional Services — Client management, billing, knowledge capture
  • Nonprofit — Donor management, compliance, volunteer coordination
  • Technology — Product development, infrastructure, scaling

This does not mean we only work in these industries. But it means when you describe a problem in one of these domains, we understand it from an operator's perspective—not just a technologist's.

Engagement Sizes#

We work with organizations across a range of sizes, but our sweet spot is:

  • 10-500 employees — Large enough to have real complexity, small enough to move quickly
  • $2M-$100M revenue — Meaningful operations, but not bureaucratic
  • Growing — Whether in revenue, headcount, or capability

We also work with:

  • Solopreneurs scaling expertise through AI (consultants, coaches, advisors)
  • Larger organizations on focused projects with clear ownership

Signs We Are a Good Fit#

You might be a great client if:

  • You have a specific problem, not just general curiosity about AI
  • You can articulate what success looks like
  • You have tried to solve this before and understand why it is hard
  • You value expertise and are willing to pay for it
  • You communicate directly and expect the same in return

Signs We Are Not a Good Fit#

We are probably not the right partner if:

  • You want the cheapest option — We compete on value, not price. If budget is the primary constraint, there are lower-cost alternatives.

  • You need a vendor to validate a decision you have already made — We give honest assessments. If you have already decided what to build and just need hands, a staff augmentation firm might be better.

  • Your organization is not ready for change — If key stakeholders are resistant, or there is no executive sponsorship, implementation will fail regardless of how good the technology is.

  • You want to "explore AI" without a specific goal — We are implementers, not educators. If you need general AI literacy training, there are better resources.

How to Know for Sure#

The best way to determine fit is a conversation. We will ask about your situation, share relevant experience, and give you an honest assessment of whether we can help.

If we are not the right fit, we will tell you—and try to point you toward someone who is.
